Plan for the future

First off the 49ers can still salvage the last 6 games of the season by winning 3 maybe 4 games against the Cowboys, Bills, Jets, Dolphins, Rams, and Redskins, maybe if there lucky the Cardinals choke and squek into the playoffs but they most likely wont go too far.
The 49ers have many players they can build off from the offensive side Frank Gore, Vernon Davis, Josh Morgan, and Bryant Johnson. All young and developing players. As far as going to the draft in april there are three players that the 49ers should look to draft: Michael Crabtree Redshirt Sophmore (eligible for draft) WR Texas Tech, Crabtree is a physical Wide Receiever that has Speed and Great hands some college football analyst compare his style fo play to that of Brandon Marshall of the Denver Broncos, Crabtree 18 receiving touchdowns and 1010 yars which is a great season in the tough confrence that is the Big 12 and could help out the 49ers offense by providing a Playmaker at the Wide Receiver position, another player is Ball State Junior QB Nate Davis, Davis is a 6-2 217 pound QB that not only has Speed, Arm Strength, but also Accuracy. Davis' QB rating is 168 this year with 20 touchdowns and 2657 passing yards with 2 games left and is a big part in Ball State's Success this year, the final player the 49ers should look in drafting is Brian Cushing USC linebacker who would help compliment Patrick Willis at the Linebacker position and help strengthen the defense.
The 49ers should look into a couple of players from this years free agent pool one of them being Lee Evans WR Buffalo Bills, Evens is a great wide out good hands, speed, and will help Morgan, Johnson, and Crabtree (hopefully) progress with there skills, and help the 49ers have one of the best young wide receiver groups. The niners should look into Mark Colombo, and Mike Goff both offensive linemen with experience to help our mediocre line, that is also very young get better, and help protect our QB whoever that will be next year. There are two defensive backs that the 49ers should look into Brian Dawking Eagles safety and will help our terrible safeties and take pressure off of our good corners Walt Harris and Nate Clements, Also they should look into Nnamdi Asomugha who is a great shutdown corner who plays for the Raiders and would help the niners pass coverage so they could actually blitz sometimes instead of giving the opposing QB 6 seconds in the pocket to throw. Finally the Quarterbacks unless you draft Graham Harrel or Colt McCoy, i would stick with Hill or Smith at QB the only free agent that would make a difference is JP Losman who got replaced by Trent Edwards this year, but did play average while starting for the bills.
The players I would release are Arnez Battle been replaced by Isaac Bruce and Morgan this year no reason to keep him around, and the last player is Isaac Burce, I say these two Wide Receiver because if you Draft Crabtree, you will have Bryant Johnson, Josh Morgan, and Jason Hill who are all good young Wide Receivers that have potential to be good and if we get rid of Battle and Bruce it will help there progression by not only in practice by practicing against the 2nd or 1st team Defense but in the games they will get more reps
